What makes our cotton duvet covers special?
Long gone are the days of cramming thousands of thick, short threads into a fabric to claim a higher thread count to make it sound more luxurious. Now, we know that the quality of fibers is what makes the material feel soft and luxurious.
The long-staple cotton yarns we use have fewer exposed ends, which makes them easier to weave. As a result, we only need to use 500 threads to get a luxuriously smooth fabric that’s more breathable than high-thread materials. Because of that, our sheets are softer, more durable, and sleep cooler.
Crop: Long-staple cotton
The cotton plants we use produce a long-staple cotton, which is the same thing as Egyptian cotton, just without the fancy name.
It means that the plants we harvest our cotton from have the natural ability to grow fibers that are stronger, longer and softer than regular cotton.
